Roger B. Plank has nearly 35 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. He currently is a partner with Indian Creek Holdings, a private investment company. Mr. Plank retired from his position as President and Chief Corporate Officer of Apache Corporation in February 2014 after serving 32 years with the company. He began his career at Apache
in 1981 and moved through the organization to take on a number of leadership positions, including Vice President – Planning and Corporate Development; Vice President – Corporate Planning; and Vice President – Corporate Communications. Mr. Plank served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer from July 1997 to May 2000 and Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer from May 2000 to February 2009. He was appointed President in February 2009, also serving as Principal Financial Officer from February 2009 to November 2010, and then appointed President and Chief Corporate Officer in February 2011 until his retirement in February 2014. Mr. Plank was named among Institutional Investor magazine’s best energy CFOs in America in 2004 and 2007.
