Rod Johnson joined Merrill Corporation in 1997, initially as senior vice president of the legal services group. During his tenure at Merrill, Johnson has held various executive leadership roles in corporate and business development, product management, service and sales. Today, as chief operating officer, he leads the integrated global client
services and consulting teams for Merrill DataSite and our transaction and compliance businesses in North America, Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia. He’s also responsible for Merrill’s servicing company in India. Johnson has extensive experience in the financial service industry, having held various senior leadership roles at Wells Fargo and US Bank. He holds a BS from Minnesota State University, Mankato, MN.
