As General Counsel & Corporate Secretary, Rod is responsible for Skyhook's legal affairs, including litigation, technology licensing and contract negotiation, management of Skyhook's intellectual property portfolio and various other matters. Prior to joining Skyhook, Rod was an attorney at Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz in New
York City and Ropes & Gray in Boston. He also served as a law clerk to the Honorable Diarmuid F. O'Scannlain of the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Rod earned his B.A. from Colgate University, summa cum laude, and his law degree from Columbia Law School.
