Prior to joining PullString. Rod Humble founded Chaphat, a company he created to make strange things by himself. Before that he was Chief Executive Officer of Second Life creator Linden Lab, where he spearheaded the vision to embrace the new VR movement. Prior to his work at Linden Lab, he served as Executive Vice President of the EA Play label at
Electronic Arts and oversaw the best-selling PC game franchise of all-time, The Sims. Rod’s 25-year career in game development includes work on more than 200 games. Prior to his work at Electronic Arts, he served as Vice President of Product Development at Sony Online Entertainment for one of the first successful, massively multiplayer online games (MMOG), EverQuest. Rod joined PullString since he couldn't let a brand new interactive art form sail by without getting involved and, frankly, was concerned other people might have all the fun.
