Rocky joined Big Lots as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary in May 2015. He is responsible for the Company’s legal operations, including Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) disclosures, corporate governance, compliance, litigation, and Board of Directors matters.
Before joining Big Lots, Rocky was partner at
Vorys, Sater, Seymour and Pease LLP, and served as General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer, and Secretary for Abercrombie & Fitch Co.
He holds a bachelor’s degree from Duke University and a law degree from Harvard Law School.
