Robin is an entrepreneur at heart, with Socrata being the 6th startup in which she’s played a leadership role. At Socrata, Robin leads the marketing team, and managing & expanding the ecosystem of strategic partners and channels that grow the breadth and reach of Socrata’s offerings. She has extensive experience in GIS, telecom, SaaS, software
developer, and semiconductor industries, including expertise in IP licensing, partnership negotiation, strategic planning, product marketing, project management, M&A and venture capital investment. Robin holds an MBA from the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley and a bachelor’s degree from Stanford University. She currently serves on the board of directors for TiE (The Indus Entrepreneurs) Oregon, and can often be found running and biking on Pacific Northwest trails.
