Robin is an experienced finance professional and a qualified Chartered Accountant with many years experience as CFO/ Finance Director of both public and private companies. He has over 20 years of hands on experience in the technology sector with companies in the mobile/ telecoms, software, online/ social media, IT services and
financial services sectors. He has led two IPOs, one on AIM and one a full LSE listing. In addition, Robin is highly experienced in the venture capital and private equity worlds having been involved with numerous businesses that are VC/PE backed. He has in depth, first-hand experience of assisting these companies to raise new funds, complete acquisitions, make disposals and complete an exit for shareholders. Robin trained and qualified with Price Waterhouse and worked within the financial services market unit of Accenture. He led Axon Group plc to a full LSE listing, winning the FT new company of the year in the process before taking the company into both the FTSE 250 and TechMARK 100 indices. His VC/PE clients have included eCommera, GeoSentric, Marwyn Capital, Clearswift, BT Azure, Wavetrend, Financial Objects/ IBIS and others.
