Triad Retail Media appointed Robin Corralez to the position of SVP, Human Resources & Talent, in 2018. To this position, she brings more than 20 years of experience in the human resources field, specializing in all employee-related functions of the organization. Her focus is on building & aligning great teams that are excited to come to
work every day. She does this by leveraging her strengths in talent & organizational development, recruitment and staffing, performance management, and compensation and benefits.
Before joining Triad, Robin served as a human resources executive for Razorfish Health, a global agency specializing in healthcare marketing and advertising. Throughout her career as a human resources professional, she has also led efforts across diverse organizations of varying sizes, spanning both service and manufacturing environments. Prior to Razorfish, Robin served as Vice President of Human Resources at Vertis Communications, a leading provider of advertising and marketing solutions servicing the nation’s top retail and consumer products companies with 5,200 employees across 100 locations including the U.S., Mexico and Canada.
She holds a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification, as well as a Black Belt certification in Lean & Continuous Improvement, and earned a Bachelor of Arts in industrial and organizational psychology from Purdue University.
