Robert is responsible for a majority of services clients across Connecture’s three office locations, with overall accountability for operational effectiveness. Robert is responsible for scoping, estimating, contract negotiation, and managing teams that deliver both productized and customized solutions for Connecture’s large national carrier
clients. He provides additional leadership in staff recruitment, performance programs, and the development of Connecture’s SDLC methodology.
