Robert Uno is a senior level IT Executive with Over 20 years of driving strategy, orchestrating transformations, and implementing global IT systems that enable rapid corporate growth and foster absolute responsiveness.
Robert currently is the Global CISO & VP IT Operations for PriceSmart the largest operator of membership warehouse clubs in
Central America, the Caribbean, and Colombia, which operates 41 warehouse clubs serving over 3 million cardholders. Robert is in charge of securing the global infrastructure and all IoT devices including POS systems.
Before joining PriceSmart Robert founded, Triden Group (www.tridengroup.com), a pure-play security company that provides infrastructure, Cloud and Security Services. At Triden Robert’s role was to provide customers understanding and enable them to move their traditional infrastructure into cloud services in a secured environment. Prior Robert led the Enterprise Architecture group at DJO Global, a leading global provider of orthopedic devices that develops, manufacturers, and distributes surgical reconstructive implant products, as their Vice President, Enterprise Architecture. He has also held other senior level Information Technology positions for highly regulated industries.
Robert earned an Executive MBA from Pepperdine University, and holds a BBA in Accounting from the University of Houston.
