Bob has served on Medidata Solutions' board of directors since April 2008. He is the senior vice president for finance and administration for The Colonial Williamsburg Foundation, a nonprofit, tax-exempt, educational organization in Williamsburg, Virginia.
In addition, Bob serves on the board of directors and as chair of the audit committee
for Zygo Corporation, a worldwide supplier of optical metrology instruments, precision optics and electro-optical design and manufacturing services. He is also a member of the finance committee for the Rockefeller Brothers Fund, a member of the board of directors of the Williamsburg Community Health Foundation, as well as chair of its investment committee and a member of its finance committee.
Prior to joining The Colonial Williamsburg Foundation, Bob served as vice president and treasurer of Wesleyan University and as a staff accountant for Ernst & Young. Bob holds a B.A., magna cum laude, from St. Lawrence University.
