Prior to joining Catalyst, he served as an investment banking analyst at Signal Hill in San Francisco where he provided financial advisory services to
high-growth technology companies in connection with M&A and private placements.
Mr. Schnitzler earned a BS with distinction, from the University of Minnesota.
