Mr. Ragan joined Melton Truck Lines in November of 2000. He formerly served as Executive Director of Finance for a trucking specific software company. Mr. Ragan oversees all aspects of the Finance Department which includes accounts payable, billing, credit, fuel, benefits, licensing, payroll, purchasing, taxation and financial reporting. Mr. Ragan
holds a Bachelor degree of Accounting from the University of Oklahoma and an M.B.A. in Marketing from Oklahoma City University. He is the past Chairman of the National Accounting & Finance Council for the American Trucking Association.
