Pozen was also the John Olin Visiting Professor, Harvard Law School; Vice Chairman of Fidelity Investments and President of Fidelity Management & Research and was the chairman of the SEC Advisory Committee on Improvements to Financial Reporting.
He is currently a director of Medtronic, Inc. and was a director of BCE, Inc. until February 2009. He is a senior lecturer at Harvard Business School, an advisor to Grelesis, a private biotech company, a trustee of the MFS group of mutual funds and a director of the Commonwealth Fund and the Harvard Neuro-Discovery Center.
