Robert Newman is COO and prior to joining AeroFarms, he served as a Business Manager for Mettler Toledo Hi-Speed, an Ithaca company, where he grew the previously declining sales from $7.2MM to over $12.3MM in 4.5 years.
Prior to that, he provided leadership for 16 years at Moldflow Corporation, which provided simulation software, process
monitoring, and temperature control equipment to the plastic molding industry, where he rose from engineer and laboratory manager to Director and Vice President positions.
He has an MBA from Baker College, and a B.S. in Aviation Technology from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University.
