It was in 1979 that Robert MONNE and Jean-Claude DECROIX created the property development company Groupe Monne-Decroix. In 1998, Robert MONNE bought out Jean–Claude DECROIX’s part of the Groupe and launched a new development phase. The Groupe Monne-Decroix has since than moved from 70 employees to more than 600 today with a turnover of 250 millions
euros. Robert MONNE sold out Groupe Monne-Decroix to Crédit Agricole real estate department in 2007.
