Robert Meißner is a product-driven founder with deep industrial experience and a strong focus on market execution.
At Vernaio, he has led the positioning and rollout of three SaaS products — sPrint One, Kayros, and PBX — guiding them from early concept to real-world adoption. These solutions are deployed across more than 50 industrial customers in
sectors such as printing, paper, nonwovens, gelatin, and heated tobacco.
With a background in physics and early experience in coding, Robert transitioned early into product leadership and market development. He has defined product direction, crafted messaging, built relationships at trade shows and industry events, and worked hands-on with customers to shape implementation and adoption. His contributions helped establish a stable ARR foundation and a strong customer base.
Currently, Robert is leading Vernaio’s growth efforts — owning lead generation, messaging, and founder-led sales. He drives outbound campaigns, leverages LinkedIn and industry networks, and actively contributes to a growing pipeline of qualified opportunities.
As a former Managing Director, Robert brings a rare blend of technical fluency, strategic product thinking, and commercial grit — with a decade-long track record of turning industrial AI into usable, valuable software products in real production environments.
