Bob is the Founder and Managing Partner of Whitecap Sports Group, and has over 25 years of relevant industry experience, beginning his career in the financial services industry representing global leaders AXA and UBS, and later consulting on projects for institutions such as John Hancock and USAA. Subsequently, he served as Director of Sales within
Steiner Sports' Team Partnership division, managing relationships with MLB and NHL franchises, and overseeing alternative revenue generation initiatives. Since 2008, he has, focused entirely on sports franchise transactions, and in 2016, Bob formed Whitecap Sports Group. The firm has since expanded domestically, and abroad through strategic partnerships, working with clients in major and minor league U.S. sports, international soccer, and emerging industries such as e-sports. Bob has spoken and presented frequently on the business of sports and maintains an extensive industry network.
