Mr. Tobin moved to Rigil after a successful 34 year career at the Federal Aviation Administration. He served as an Air Traffic Controller, Manager in the Air Traffic Organization, legacy CIO and Executive/Director in the FAA’s IT organization and a key leader in the start up of the FAA’s IT shared services organization.
Bob has led a number
of successful enterprise initiatives and his primary focus is on leading people, engaging with customers and on melding people/process/technology efforts into high value results that make life better for everyone involved.
He is an active member of ACT-IAC, a member of the ACT-IAC Fellows Program (Partner’s Class of 2008) and a member of the Air Traffic Control Association (ATCA). Mr. Tobin attended Brooklyn College and recently completed an ICF-certified executive coaching course.
