Robert Holtackers is the Founder and Managing partner of the TORO Properties Group and oversees all property and fund management.
Prior to forming the TORO Properties Group, Mr. Holtackers co-founded Service Intelligence in 1998, the North American leader in the emerging market of customer experience management. He was the chief financial officer
of this company from inception through the successful sale of the company in early 2006. He secured multiple rounds of venture capital from leading venture capital firms. Service Intelligence grew from start-up to a profitable market leader in North America. Prior to launching Service Intelligence, Mr. Holtackers was CFO at ExecuTrain Enterprises, a leading international franchise enterprise which provided software training from over 200 locations in 25 countries, and oversaw all financial and administrative functions. During his tenure as chief financial officer, ExecuTrain’s global system revenues profitably grew to $164 million. Before joining ExecuTrain, he was associated with Asea Brown Boveri (ABB), where he held various financial and operational Controller positions in the United States and Asia. Mr. Holtackers received a BBA from Nijenrode, the Netherlands School of Business in 1985 and an MBA from the University of Georgia in 1986. He also attended the Stanford Business School Executive Management Program and The Wharton School’s Executive Finance Program in 1996 and 1997, respectively.
