Rob Ludwig is Hoxton's Chief Operating Officer. Rob joined Hoxton from Deutsche Bank where he was vice president and senior counsel supporting the M&A, equity capital markets and depositary receipts teams. Additionally, Rob spent nine years with Linklaters in London advising banks, sovereigns and corporates on a range of capital raising
transactions. Rob has a JD from the University of Virginia School of Law, an MBA from the Darden School of Business and a BA from Washington and Lee University. He is a member of the NY bar.
