Robert is a legal professional in the financial services industry with over twenty years experience. His legal career began as an Assistant District Attorney in the Office of the District Attorney, Bronx County New York. After serving six years in that office he joined the National Association of Securities Dealers (now known as FINRA) the
self-regulatory organization responsible for regulating member firms and registered persons, as a Regional Attorney.
Robert's broker dealer experience began in 1998 with a position in the Legal / Compliance Group at Schroder & Co, Inc. and included a three year stop at the Prudential Equity Group as Deputy Compliance Officer. In March 2005 Robert joined Lazard Capital Markets LLC, where he served as that firm's General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer and Anti-money Laundering Officer. In April 2014, he joined CyndX Advisors as General Counsel.
