Robert F. (Bob) Kennedy is a partner in the New York office of Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy and a member of the firm’s Corporate Group.
Mr. Kennedy advises public and private entities in mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, private equity investments, and general corporate matters. He has represented private equity funds and
strategic buyers and sellers in leveraged recapitalizations, stock and asset acquisitions and dispositions, and private investments. His practice encompasses a broad range of industries, including financial services, commodities, energy services, communications, and health care-related businesses.
Mr. Kennedy has been the lead lawyer on a number of large cap transactions, most recently the $2.7 billion sale of a global agriculture and commodities business on behalf of a consortium of private equity sponsors.
