Robert (Bob) J. Moser is a successful business executive and real estate entrepreneur with over 25 years of experience as an owner, operator and developer of institutional real estate and an extensive track record of delivering strong operating performance and financial results. As Owner, Principal and CEO of Prime Group Holdings, which he founded
in 2013, Mr. Moser oversees all acquisitions, operations, strategic initiatives and investment activities of the firm. He is a member of the firm’s Investment Committee. Mr. Moser is the founder of Prime Storage, a storage facility operator that offers convenient and affordable self storage solutions. Mr. Moser has grown Prime Storage into one of the largest, privately-held self storage brands in the world, with over 19 million rentable square feet of space and 255 locations across 28 states and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Prior to founding Prime Group Holdings, Mr. Moser developed and oversaw a personal portfolio of real estate assets, focusing on self storage, multifamily complexes, mobile home communities and RV resorts. In the course of his career, Mr. Moser has acquired over $10 billion in real estate assets. He began his career in 1995 as a commercial real estate broker for RJM Properties, a firm he founded, originating investment acquisitions and sales throughout the U.S. By 2005, Mr. Moser was the largest private owner of RV parks in the United States. He has a BA, with Honors, in Economics from Union College. Mr. Moser’s college thesis focused on the valuation of income-producing investment real estate using two regression analysis methods for estimating demand and value. Mr. Moser is a Trustee of Union College.
