Bob Manne has served as senior vice president, general counsel at Ultimate Software since 2004.
Before joining Ultimate, Mr. Manne was a partner at the international law firm of Becker & Poliakoff, P.A. In addition to administering the litigation department of the law firm, Bob was a permanent member of the firm’s executive committee which
was responsible for law firm operations, and he has performed legal services for Ultimate since its inception.
He graduated from Brooklyn Law School.
