Robert Hupper is a process engineering expert, responsible for developing equipment requirements and optimizing our production process. He has extensive experience in the pulp and paper industry including currently serving as a Process Manager for Verso Paper Company where he is responsible for production operations, equipment maintenance and
employee training. Previously, he worked as a Finished Products Supervisor and as a Process Manager in various areas of paper operations. He has successfully implemented supply chain upgrades and was involved on the Verso operations team in the major rebuild of a forms/bond paper machine into a world class on-line super calendared machine. While on active duty in the U.S. Air Force, he obtained an Associate’s Degree in Industrial Security, and at Beal College in 1978 he completed their accounting program.
