Mr. Hogan joined CHS Capital in 2000 and was promoted to Principal in 2007.
Prior to joining CHS, he was employed by Lehman Brothers, Inc. in the Corporate Finance Department.
He holds a B.A. from the University of Notre Dame and an M.B.A. from Northwestern University.
Mr. Hogan serves on the Board of Directors of Fortiline Waterworks,
