As Chief Executive Officer, Robert Hoffmann manages Concardis Payment Group’s transformation into the leading provider of digital payment services in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. In this role, he is responsible for the development of all portfolio companies.
Hoffmann has more than 20 years of management experience in e-business and
telecommunications. Prior to joining Concardis Payment Group, he managed 1&1 Internet SE as CEO from 2013 to 2017 and was a member of the management board of United Internet AG’s business applications segment. From 2006 to 2012, Hoffmann was responsible for the telecommunications business of United Internet as a member of the management board of 1&1 Internet AG. Prior to this, he held various leadership roles in product management and sales between 1998 and 2006 at Arcor AG & Co. KG. He started his career with his own company dealing in the trade and import of vending machines.
