Bob has served in project management and leadership roles for a wide variety of civil and environmental engineering projects for nearly 25 years. His projects include major capital projects such as Syracuse’s Lakeview Amphitheater, water and wastewater infrastructure, parks and recreational facilities, solid waste facilities, wireless
communications facilities, government radar installations, and general civil engineering developments. Bob is a graduate of Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, ACEC Senior Executives Institute, and Leadership Greater Syracuse.
