Mr. Couch has been involved in property management for over twenty years leading the efforts of those responsible for improving asset value in all regions of the United States. He has been involved in condominium conversions, lease-ups, new construction and development, management of properties of all quality levels, bankruptcy workouts, rehab
projects, financing, and the revitalization of troubled properties. He has managed both conventionally financed and government subsidized communities.
Organization and leadership through motivation, example, and training are activities that have been successfully engaged in Mr. Couch’s professional career. Successful goal achievement and bottom line results for owners of real estate have always been a hallmark of his efforts. He is a Certified Property Manger as designated by IREM and is a licensed real estate broker. He has a Bachelor of Science degree from Utah State University with graduate work completed at Troy State University toward an M.S. degree in Business Management. He was a fighter pilot in the USAF before embarking on a career in real estate management working for several well-known property management firms in the industry.
