Robert Conn is a co-founder of Innova Capital in 1994. Previously he worked with Bain & Company and British Sugar Plc, both located in the UK. He served in Poland Partners Management, Innova Capital’s predecessor, for four years. Previously, he was a Manager with CAL Investments, where he led several major privatizations and a number of
restructuring projects for Polish enterprises.
Robert has co-led investments in multiple transactions, including most recently Marmite, ACE, Metropolis, Town & City and Empik Media & Fashion.
He holds a Master’s Degree (with 1st Class Honors) in Chemical Engineering from Imperial College, London.
