Robert Coallier has over 20 years' experience in executive management and brings expertise in strategic planning, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, corporate development, risk management and forming strategic alliances.
Until 2009, Mr. Coallier was Senior VP and CFO of Dollarama L.P.and participated in the company's IPO of
$300 MM . Previous to that, Mr. Coallier held several positions at Molson Brewing Company including Global Chief Development Officer and EVP, Corporate Strategy and International Operations and was closely involved with the successful merger of Molson Inc. and the Coors Brewing Comapny.
Earlier still, Mr. Coallier was VP and CFO of C-Mac Industries Inc.
Mr.Coallier has a Master's degree in Business administration (M.B.A.) in Finance and sits on the Boards of Agropur Cooperative, Industrial Alliance, Ivanhoe Cambridge, ONO, Averna Technologies and Sanimax.
