Mr. Chee joined the company following the acquisition of Waste Services, Inc. (WSI) in July of 2010. Most recently, he was Vice President of Tax for WSI, which he joined in 2006. Previously, he served as Director of Tax for The Geo Group, Inc. as well as BE Aerospace Inc., both multinational public companies headquartered in South Florida. He began
his career with Arthur Andersen where he specialized in corporate tax. Mr. Chee earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting in 1992 and a Master of Accounting in 1993, both from Florida State University and is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Florida. He has been an active member of Tax Executives Institute (TEI) since 1998 and has served on the Board of Directors for the Florida Chapter of TEI for various terms from 2000 to 2012.
