Bob provides the strategic leadership of Criterion, setting long-term goals, developing key business relationships, and fostering the growth of the company.
Bob has 40+ years of security experience in the public and private sectors. He is a member of the International Association for Healthcare Safety and Security (IAHSS) and volunteer with the
Healthcare Security Council of ASIS International.
Bob has conducted risk assessments of over 50 major medical centers. He was a founder and principal with Corrections Partners, a private corrections company ranked fourth in the world at the time it was sold in 1995.
Bob also served as a chief administrative officer for the Federal Bureau of Prisons and the Illinois Department of Corrections.
