Robert Blumin attended the School of Architecture at the University of Southern California and was in the practice of Architecture for 17 years thereafter until 1974. Commencing in 1974 and continuing thereafter, he has spent time in the pursuit of real estate development and management.
Mr. Blumin's architectural background is a great asset
in that it permits him to make sound decisions in conceptualizing development plans and in working with architects and public agencies.
Mr. Blumin is a member of the American Institute of Architects (A.I.A.), a member of Builder and Owners Management Association (BOMA), and a member and past president of the American Society of Engineers and Architects (A.S.E.A.). He is also an originating board member of Sovereign Bank, headquartered in Dallas, Texas.
Mr. Blumin is the owner and president of RBI Properties, Inc., which was formed in March 1996 specifically to perform the development and management of real estate properties in the state of Texas. RBI Properties manages all of Mr. Blumin's properties.
Since entering the field of Real Estate in 1974, Mr. Blumin has been active in all phases of real estate includingdevelopment, project management, major renovations, and property management.
