Robert Bajor is the founder and CEO of Micro-credential Multiverse, where he brings over 15 years of experience in education and technology to the forefront of learning and career development. His journey began as a high school science teacher in Elizabeth, New Jersey, where he earned his NJ State certification. However, his passion for innovation
quickly led him to broader horizons, where he has since developed some of the most scalable and impactful digital credentialing ecosystems in the United States.
Before establishing Micro-credential Multiverse in 2022, Robert served as a "Digital Credentialing Evangelist" at Badgr, a pioneering company in the field of digital badges, learning pathways, and learner records. His work at Badgr was pivotal, culminating in the company’s acquisition by Instructure for $21.6 million. Robert also played a key role in developing the digital and micro-credentialing ecosystems for both Digital Promise and the National Education Association, benefiting tens of thousands of educators across more than thirty states.
Beyond his entrepreneurial ventures, Robert advises nationally recognized organizations such as the T3 Innovation Network, Education Design Lab, and Credential Engine. His leadership and expertise are instrumental in catalyzing the shift towards a skills-based economy. At Micro-credential Multiverse, Robert and his team are dedicated to creating affordable, flexible, and high-quality digital credentialing experiences that fuel socioeconomic mobility while championing diversity, equity, and inclusion.
