Robert is a retired U.S. Navy officer and former Director for Cybersecurity and Operations Policy at the National Security Council, The White House. His career spans multiple tours at the NSA, U.S. Cyber Command's Joint Task Force Ares (targeting ISIS in cyberspace), Fleet Cyber Command, and a fellowship at DARPA. He also served as Director
for Technical Intelligence, advising the National Security Advisor on cyber and emerging technology threats. Most recently CISO-in-Residence at Zscaler, Robert is a Council on Foreign Relations term member and National Security Fellow at the Foundation for Defense of Democracies.
