Rob van Es is responsible for investment strategy, sourcing, diligence, execution and asset management. Prior to Vision Ridge Partners he was a Sr. Manager at Accenture Strategy, a global consultancy focused on business and technology strategy. There he led teams partnering with client leaders to define, shape and execute growth strategies and
operational restructuring, including multiple $1B+ transactions. Rob has been a business advisor to non-profits in Australia and Europe. He holds B.Com in Economics & Finance (first class honors) from Curtin University, including international programs at Lehigh University, USA and Copenhagen Business School, Denmark.
