Rob is a managing director at Kainos and a key member of the Kainos Operations Team, with a focus on maximizing the financial management and reporting capabilities of our partner companies. He enjoys working closely with our operating teams to fully capture the power of financial and business analytics to drive performance improvement. Rob takes
pride in helping build exceptional financial organizations that help drive strategic value creation.
Prior to joining Kainos in 2019, he worked at Gehl Foods as Chief Operating Officer, responsible for all aspects of manufacturing and supply chain. Prior to Gehl Foods, he was with Bay Valley Foods as Senior Vice President and General Manager where he managed multiple business units. Prior to Bay Valley Foods, he was Chief Financial Officer of Sturm Foods, Inc. for twelve years. At Sturm Foods, he partnered with Andrew Rosen and other members of the Kainos team while Sturm Foods was a portfolio company of HM. Rob began his career holding a wide range of financial positions at both Schreiber Foods and Schneider National.
Rob received a B.A. in Economics and Management from Beloit College and obtained his M.B.A. from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.
