Rob Pantoja serves as the current Platform CEO of Fast Pace Urgent Care, a Shore Capital portfolio company. He served as the former executive vice president and chief financial officer of The Little Clinic, which was a start-up retail clinic, before it was sold to The Kroger Company. While at The Little Clinic, Pantoja expanded the company from 16
clinics to 150 in only three years. He employed 350 nurse practitioners and the annual revenue totaled $30 million. Before his work at The Little Clinic, he served in several leadership roles for LifePoint Hospitals, Province Healthcare and a variety of HCA predecessor companies. He has over 20 years of healthcare leadership experience, and in 2009, he was the recipient of the Nashville Business Journal’s CFO of the Year Award for small private companies.
