As VP and COO, Rob Ossian leads Codero’s world-class operations, platforms, support, and data center teams. With more than 20 years of senior leadership experience in the hosting and managed services industry, Rob is driven by a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences through business Intelligence, process simplification, and
omnichannel engagement. Before joining Codero, Rob led the digital transformation of National Instruments’ online and in-product Software User Experience, in support of over $1.24 Billion in annual revenue. During his 7 years with Dell Cloud Services, Rob created an international ‘Follow-The-Sun’ network of high-complexity Support, Data Center and Operations teams in Brazil, Mexico, Ireland, Malaysia, and the United States. Most recently, Rob was integral to the creation of Codero’s globally distributed Service Delivery teams and ensuring their alignment into a World-Class Center of Excellence, unanimously focused on delivering industry-leading Managed Services experiences through data-driven and predictive AI strategies, and architect of Codero’s innovative real-time enterprise monitoring platform ‘Codero Active Monitoring’ and ‘Codero Essential Backup’ solutions.
