Rob McLaughlin is President of North American Sales at ARRIS Group, Inc. and responsible for leading North America sales and Global marketing.
McLaughlin assumed his current role after the acquisition of Motorola Mobility’s Home business, where he served as the Senior Vice President and General Manager of Motorola’s Global Sales, Marketing &
Services organization.
He also held a number of sales and marketing management positions at Motorola, including corporate Vice President of the Americas & Vice President of North America Sales and Support.
McLaughlin joined Motorola in 2000 with the acquisition of General Instrument Corp., where he spent 13 years in a variety of leadership positions, including Vice President of North America Sales & Customer Service, Director of Asia Pacific Sales and Services in Hong Kong, and various corporate Finance and Accounting management positions.
McLaughlin is a graduate of The Ohio State University with a degree in Business Administration. In addition, he has completed executive development programs at the Wharton School of Business, the Kellogg School of Management, and the University of Michigan.
