Rob is responsible for the technology strategy and architecture for the Qantas group of companies which includes international, domestic, engineering, freight and catering. Prior to this, Rob James was the CIO
for William Hill Australia, one of the largest gaming and sports wagering organisations in the world. Rob built the technology team from 40 to over 250 staff across 5 geographic locations and also included product development with a revenue growth accountability of over $80mil per year.
