Rob Giglio is the Chief Customer Officer of HubSpot and was a senior vice president of Adobe’s Digital Media (DMe) Go-to-Market & Sales organization.
Before that, Rob spent three years with Gap, Inc. as vice president & general manager for Old Navy Canada, leading a turnaround initiative to restore revenue and profit within the 65-store
Old Navy Canada business. He led a team of 75 to deliver more than$300 a million in revenue and increase website traffic by 25%.
Rob also held senior-level positions in marketing and e-commerce at Williams-Sonoma, where he created the brand marketing organization to drive customer acquisition and loyalty and launched the $130M PotteryBarn.com business in 2000.
Rob holds an MBA from the University of Southern California and a B.A. in Psychology from San Diego State University.
