Rob is a proven sales professional with 20 years experience in financial services sales and management. Starting his sales career at Euler Hermes, a global credit insurance business, Rob learned his trade in direct sales before moving on to set up and manage the inside sales and telemarketing teams.
For 15 years Rob established a career in GRC.
The first 5 years he spent at Complinet, a compliance and risk business, working out of London and subsequently New York. In 2010 Thomson Reuters acquired Complinet, which became one of the cornerstones in their GRC business. At Thomson Reuters, Rob became a GRC specialist and was pivotal to the firm’s GRC market growth, in particular its dominance in the area of regulatory change management, selling their eGRC and Connected Risk solutions, as well as regulatory content. Most recently, as Head of Sales Americas, Rob re-built the sales team, consistently out-performed all other regions, globally.
