Rob Flory is President and Chief Operating Officer of Flory Investments, Inc., which is a private investment company with offices in Damariscotta, Maine, and Paso Robles, California.
In its venture capital work, the firm provides capital to early stage companies which have developed, tested,
and introduced a competitive product; have demonstrated viable market penetration; have talented and ambitious management; and, which are committed to the highest possible return on shareholder equity.
The firm’s investment model includes follow-through engagement with portfolio companies ensuring needed technical assistance and oversight. Organizational structure, HR, and compensation are primary areas of technical assistance.
Rob has served as Chairman of Broadcast Pix’s Board since November of 2012. Since 2004, he has served as the Chairman of Chemogen, Inc. which developed an antigen-specific test for the diagnosis of tuberculosis in HIV patients. He also directs the sales and marketing activities in the United Kingdom for a third portfolio company, Eberle Winery.
