Rob Bennett joined McLarens in 2021, with a wealth of experience leading large, global, finance organizations, in the professional services space. He brings a passion for building and leading high performing finance teams, along with expertise spanning finance, strategy, operations, and change management.
Previous to joining McLarens, Rob was
with McKinsey & Company for over 10 years holding a number of roles including Global Treasurer and CFO of North America. Rob also spent time as a strategy consultant supporting clients in areas such as growth strategy and organizational transformation. Prior to McKinsey, Rob worked at General Electric’s Aviation business holding a number of finance, marketing, and sales roles.
Rob holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University and MBA from Harvard Business School.
