Joined the Bank in February 2005 as Senior Counsel. Ms. Man is currently the Bank's Chief Compliance Officer responsible for managing the overall compliance function in the Bank.
Ms. Man has more than 30 years of experience in the legal, compliance and banking areas. Ms. Man started her career as a management trainee in a leading bank in
Hong Kong and gained comprehensive banking experience in a span of 10 years. Ms. Man spent the following 10 years as a lawyer in private practice, offering professional legal service in banking, financing and litigation to various banks in Hong Kong and Mainland China.
Ms. Man holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from The Chinese University of Hong Kong, a Postgraduate Certificate in Laws from The University of Hong Kong, and a Bachelor's Degree in Laws from Peking University. She was admitted as a solicitor of the High Court of Hong Kong.
