Mr. Rishad Pandole joined Express towers in 2014. He focuses on lease management and business development for Express Towers and looks after all leasing and business development activities for Express Towers.
Prior to joining Express Towers he worked for the erstwhile co-owners of the building, ICICI Venture where he managed the leasing and
business development at Express Towers.
Prior to ICICI Venture, he worked with Cushman & Wakefield where he was the Senior Manager for the Tenant Strategies & Solutions division, providing real estate consulting services for office space requirements. He has transacted close to one million square feet of office space in the Mumbai and Pune markets. Prior to this he worked as a lending manager for a mortgage brokering firm in the US.
Mr. Pandole holds a Bachelors Degree in Economics and a minor in Marketing from the University of Rochester.
