Rick brings over 20 years of experience in the transaction industry to BridgePay. Rick cofounded TransGlobal Systems in 1994 and sold that company to Chase Paymentech in 1997. In 2001, Rick founded SaleSynergy. SaleSynergy’s success was based on the formation of extensive strategic relationships, including referral arrangements with multiple POS

companies as well as processing partnerships with JP Morgan Chase, US Bank and ABN Amro Bank. SaleSynergy was sold in 2007 to FrontStream Payments.
